he IBMR.io currency reserve will sell on the market if the ARCC price becomes speculative or exceeds the monetary policy mandate and receives additional foreign currency (ie, not ARCC). Any newly formed ARCC in foreign exchange reserves that is not in use by the end of the year can be burned if the average ARCC value over the last 3 months is less than the average annual value. The decision will be put to a vote by the ARCC Monetary Policy Board.
Regional investment: ARCC will be used for planting new investments, grants, scholarships and regional competitions as an ARCC. If during the year there are no suitable investments that meet the investment criteria, then the excess ARCC will be burned at the end of the year before new minting.
